Duct Tape Fashions
The first couple to share the $5,000 scholarship, Sarah Silva and Mitch Houseman of Arroyo Grande, Calif., fashioned their duct tape gown and tuxedo from 15 rolls of yellow, black, white and red tape, a project that required 40 hours of work.
