The 62-year-old Rich "The Locust" LeFebre is another hotdog competitor who doesn't fit the big eater mold. This 130-lb. retired accountant from Las Vegas got his start in competitive eating a few years ago, when he and his wife Carlene were looking for a hobby they could share. They both competed at Coney Island last year, and Rich returned for this year. He is ranked No. 5 by the IFOCE. Any man who can eat five pound of birthday cake in 11 minutes can't be discounted for future wins.
