Monopoly

Monopolizing the World

Monopoly is now changing the names of the properties on its game board. Although there are endless custom editions, like Elvis-opoly and Simpsons-opoly, this is the first major update of the classic version since the early 1930s, when the Monopoly properties were named after Atlantic City locales. You can see what those places look like in "Monopoly: The Story Behind the World's Best-Selling Game," created by Rod Kennedy Jr.
