Tritel began selling his creation, which comes in the forms of statues, earrings, and car ornaments. But the federal government turned him down when he tried to trademark his new product, claiming it was "immoral or scandalous."

The sculptor thinks that's ironic, since a company like Hooters can trademark its suggestive logo. He says his art captures the very essence of "the American attitude."

Tritel's still been able to successfully market over his own Web site, which proves he has more than a little brass of his own.
