Celebrity Meltdowns on the Oscar Podium
Oscar's podium is no stranger to politics. Five days after the start of the military action in Iraq, Michael Moore launched his infamous, "Shame on you, Mr. Bush," tirade, slamming what he called a "fictitious president" for waging a "fictitious war." While Hollywood is often described as overtly liberal, Moore's speech met a large cry of boos, while others cheered.
